Muse Closed the North American Leg at the Bowl With "Take a Bow"
The last North American date of the Wow! Signal tour ran 21 songs, opened on "Hysteria" and ended on a second encore.
Muse finished the North American leg of the Wow! Signal tour at the Hollywood Bowl on Monday, August 31, 2026, and they saved "Take a Bow" for last, alone in a second encore. It closed a 21-song set that had opened with "Hysteria."
Portugal. The Man and The Temper Trap opened.
The main set leaned on the band's heaviest early material. "Cryogen" followed "Hysteria," then an extended intro led into "Supermassive Black Hole." "Map of the Problematique" and "Unravelling" filled the rotating slots, the first carrying a "Calm Like a Bomb" riff and the second its own extended intro. "Kill or Be Killed" broke into a drum and bass jam, and an AI voice introduced "Psycho" through its "Drill Sergeant" prelude.
The back half ran through the catalog's best-known songs in quick order: "Madness," "Plug in Baby," "Hanging in Victory Square," "Time Is Running Out," "Uprising" with its "JFK" intro, and "Knights of Cydonia" behind the "Man With a Harmonica" prelude.
The first encore opened with a Dan Lancaster remix of "Isolated System," then "Nightshift Superstar," part of "Algorithm," "Undisclosed Desires" and "Starlight." "Take a Bow" came after that, closing the leg.
