Hayley Williams Brings Zedd Back for “Stay the Night” at the Bowl
Two Hollywood Bowl shows on The Hayley Williams Show tour: Zedd at the piano on Oct 5, Remi Wolf on “Parachute” on Oct 6.
Zedd sat down at Hayley Williams’ piano during the encore on Monday, October 5, and the two performed “Stay the Night” together for the first time in about 12 years. The 2013 single, released by Zedd with Williams on vocals, came without its club build or bass drop; Stereogum reported that Williams sang it with operatic force over his piano alone.
The two shows at the Hollywood Bowl, on October 5 and 6, were Los Angeles stops on The Hayley Williams Show, her 2026 solo tour. The set was built largely around Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, her 2025 solo album, whose title track sat late in the main set alongside “Glum,” “Disappearing Man” and “Dream Girl in Shibuya.”
Rico Nasty and Magdalena Bay opened both shows. Rico Nasty returned during Williams’ set on October 5 to join her on “Airplanes,” the B.o.B song that originally featured Williams.
The October 5 setlist on setlist.fm opened with “Just a Lover” and moved through “Over Yet” and “Simmer,” with a shortened pass at Portishead’s “Wandering Star” ahead of “Simmer.” Nina Simone’s “Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood” appeared as a coda to “True Believer.” The encore ran “Mirtazapine,” “Brotherly Hate,” “Stay the Night” and “Parachute.”
The closing show on October 6 began differently, with “Get Thee Behind Me Satan” ahead of “Just a Lover,” then followed the same running order. For “Parachute,” the last song of the encore, Remi Wolf came out to sing with Williams.
